Bruno D'Angelo
Principle Managing Director and Creative Director

The owner and president of The Ad/venture Group founded in 1995. Following the successful completion of the Nordic World Ski Championships, he founded the company with the specific goal of providing a host of marketing and sponsorship services to the Northern Ontario region. A graduate of the Business Marketing program at Confederation College, he has a strong sense not only for management but also the creative thought necessary to provide complete & effective marketing strategies to his clients. Bruno’s background also includes doing the marketing for Intercity Shopping Centre (Campeau Corporation, Cambridge Shopping Centres), Keskus Mall (Nu-west Developments), and hotel management for Ramada Inn of Canada. Bruno is a strong supporter of local Thunder Bay businesses, and is a proud member of Thunder Bay Executives.

Maria D'Angelo
Principle Event Marketing, Administration and Chief Financial Officer

Maria has a background in accounting and business management, a graduate of Lakehead University; she has worked for large corporations such as OnTrac in addition to various small businesses. Currently, she oversees general management and planning required for all of TAG clients and events. Her coordination skills are unsurpassed and she has a variety of skills including accounting, graphic design, event planning, fund raising, and corporate sponsorship.

Art Director

Farida is a talented and gifted graphic artist. Her accumulated knowledge and experience makes her an exceptional web designer and multi-media artist. She has been part of TAG since 2004 and has contributed to many of our successful print and web campaigns. Completing her diploma at the Aptech Institute-Arene Multimedia in Mumbai, India gives Farida a unique and desirable edge. Farida’s better half is an extremely talented and ambitious Chef, she has moved all over the globe with him, and currently works from Tucson, Arizona.

Client Marketing Director

Vaid joined us in April 2023 with a Bachelor of Management Studies and a Diploma in Brand Management and Marketing Communication from India, as well as a Diploma in Digital Marketing and Marketing Analytics from Confederation College. She uses this diverse educational background along with 5 years of experience across banking, operations, and marketing to provide a strong foundation in client service. Her strategic thinking and analytical skills were further refined during her role as a Governor on the Confederation College Board of Governors. She is always ready to break marketing molds to give the best results to our clients.

Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator

For over 20 years, Stephany brought beautiful and functional design to freelance projects and is proud to now bring the same enthusiasm and care to TAG. With graduate diplomas in Digital Media from Toronto Film School and UX/UI Design from University of Toronto, Stephany’s skills in design encompass the most vital elements of a project: legibility, accessibility, usability, and aesthetics, bringing the message, goals, and vision of a project to fruition.

With a bright and sunny personality, Stephany aims to inspire and spark creativity in those around her, as well as the clients she works with.

Client Marketing Coordinator

Sina brings a versatile mix of strategic thinking, research, and creative insight to TAG’s strategy consulting team. With an MBA from Lakehead University and a background in business and marketing, he specializes in helping organizations clarify their vision, shape compelling brand narratives, and build campaigns that connect with real people.

At TAG, Sina works across sectors—from civic campaigns and Indigenous-led initiatives to local businesses—supporting everything from long-term strategic plans to day-to-day communications. He’s known for asking the right questions, distilling complexity into clarity, and keeping both the big picture and the small details in view.

Marketing / Events Assistant

Drishti is a Marketing Assistant at TAG who supports content creation, campaign coordination, and social media projects. With a background in digital marketing and design, she enjoys working behind the scenes to help bring ideas to life and keep projects organized. Drishti is curious, detail-oriented, and always eager to learn something new in the creative process. Outside of work, Drishti can often be found reading a book, dabbling in digital art, or finding inspiration in films and everyday details.

Marketing Assistant

Tanzila is a marketing professional with over eight years of global experience across India, the Middle East, and Canada. Now a Marketing Assistant at TAG Creative Strategy and a Digital Marketing graduate from Confederation College, she began her journey in Canada creating campaigns at the college that connected students globally.

She blends creativity, strategy, and data to turn ideas into meaningful stories that spark community engagement. With a strong design sense and a global outlook, she brings purpose and impact to every project.

Outside work, Tanzila is a certified makeup artist who sees content creation as her creative playground. She leads with kindness, works with intention, and never stops learning.

Marketing Coordinator

Mitesh is a marketing professional with a background in Strategic Marketing Communications and experience supporting campaigns across digital, social, and content-driven platforms. He has worked with agencies and creative teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives that balance structure with creativity and speak clearly to the intended audience.

Known for his calm, detail-oriented approach, Mitesh brings reliability to fast-paced projects and contributes with thoughtful execution across copywriting, content planning, and coordination. He’s driven by the belief that effective marketing is equal parts strategy, clarity, and timing.

Beyond the desk, Mitesh enjoys Latin dancing, playing chess, and exploring new cafés; ideally ones with great coffee and quiet corners to think.

Event & Marketing Coordinator

After graduating from the Interactive Media Development (IMD) program at Confederation College in Thunder Bay, Kylee has built a career in graphic design, social media management, and creative storytelling over the past six years. At TAG Creative Strategy, she uses her skills to help clients bring their events and marketing initiatives to life in ways that connect with audiences and support their goals.

When she’s not behind a screen, Kylee can be found working hands-on with her horses, sharing her love of them through horse-drawn carriage rides, and supporting the Shriners through her involvement and work.

OUR WORK BUDDIES
Puppy Patrol

Frankie patrols the office making sure all the staff are greeted with a waggling tail and offers cuddles to anyone in need of a little stress relief. He is also a certified woofer acting as the agency doorbell and can proudly say he has caught the mailman.

Health & Happiness Manager

Charlie has been with the Tucson office since 2017. Besides bringing joy, Charlie makes sure our designer remembers to walk around every hour or so to maintain good health and happiness!
