Bruno D'Angelo
Principle Managing Director and Creative Director

The owner and president of The Ad/venture Group founded in 1995. Following the successful completion of the Nordic World Ski Championships, he founded the company with the specific goal of providing a host of marketing and sponsorship services to the Northern Ontario region. A graduate of the Business Marketing program at Confederation College, he has a strong sense not only for management but also the creative thought necessary to provide complete & effective marketing strategies to his clients. Bruno’s background also includes doing the marketing for Intercity Shopping Centre (Campeau Corporation, Cambridge Shopping Centres), Keskus Mall (Nu-west Developments), and hotel management for Ramada Inn of Canada. Bruno is a strong supporter of local Thunder Bay businesses, and is a proud member of Thunder Bay Executives.

Maria D'Angelo
Principle Event Marketing, Administration and Chief Financial Officer

Maria has a background in accounting and business management, a graduate of Lakehead University; she has worked for large corporations such as OnTrac in addition to various small businesses. Currently, she oversees general management and planning required for all of TAG clients and events. Her coordination skills are unsurpassed and she has a variety of skills including accounting, graphic design, event planning, fund raising, and corporate sponsorship.

Art Director

Farida is a talented and gifted graphic artist. Her accumulated knowledge and experience makes her an exceptional web designer and multi-media artist. She has been part of TAG since 2004 and has contributed to many of our successful print and web campaigns. Completing her diploma at the Aptech Institute-Arene Multimedia in Mumbai, India gives Farida a unique and desirable edge. Farida’s better half is an extremely talented and ambitious Chef, she has moved all over the globe with him, and currently works from Tucson, Arizona.

Client Marketing Director

Vaid joined us in April 2023 with a Bachelor of Management Studies and a Diploma in Brand Management and Marketing Communication from India, as well as a Diploma in Digital Marketing and Marketing Analytics from Confederation College. She uses this diverse educational background along with 5 years of experience across banking, operations, and marketing to provide a strong foundation in client service. Her strategic thinking and analytical skills were further refined during her role as a Governor on the Confederation College Board of Governors. She is always ready to break marketing molds to give the best results to our clients.

Client Marketing Director

Heather started her marketing career with TAG over two decades ago. After a myriad of work experiences, including owning and running her own business, she rejoined the new TAG team. She brings with her over 20 years of marketing, promotion, management and administration experience. Heather has worked with B2C clients in the retail sector and B2B clients in the industrial sector. She has been involved with various events across Northern Ontario and has worked on a variety of websites and social media accounts. Heather is enthusiastic about utilizing her creativity and organizational skills to achieve client objectives.

Krysta holds an Honours BA in Professional Writing from York University and a Publishing Certificate from Ryerson. With a diverse background in finance, administration, technical writing, and communications, she brings a unique blend of expertise to our team. She excels as a copywriter, enhancing website copy, leading impactful social media campaigns, and optimizing email marketing. Krysta’s commitment to precision, creativity, and adaptability positions her as an invaluable asset. Her seamless blend of creative writing and strategic communication aligns with our commitment to excellence and innovation, ensuring optimal results for our clients.

Akash has over a decade of multifaceted experience spanning design, business consulting, market research, consumer insights, strategic planning, innovation, education, and foresight. He has worked with clients across multiple sectors, including some of the renowned Fortune 500 companies and the ‘Big 4’ consultancies. Akash specialises in providing holistic solutions at the intersections of societal impact and commercial value, that underscores long-term strategic advantages for stakeholders and businesses. As someone who has had experiences working with diverse teams of varying sizes and values globally, he brings a nuanced inter-cultural competence to organisations. An effective project manager and leader, he has consistently empowered teams to execute efficient outcomes with seamless communication. Akash is focused on delivering highly-actionable results that helps his clients achieve their goals, while elevating their impact and equity.

With over 12 years in creative direction, corporate communications, design strategy and leadership, Savi specializes in guiding visionary projects via expert event management, strategic industry collaborations, and agile project direction. She has demonstrated project experience spanning through digital strategy, consumer insights, and trend research which underscore her proficiency in design strategy and project management. Her approach harmonizes high emotional intelligence with a solution-driven mindset, steering diverse projects towards innovative strategies and solutions. She is passionate about event orchestration, forging impactful industry alliances, and overseeing meticulous projects, and thrives on steering teams towards pioneering design solutions.

Puppy Patrol

Frankie patrols the office making sure all the staff are greeted with a waggling tail and offers cuddles to anyone in need of a little stress relief. He is also a certified woofer acting as the agency doorbell and can proudly say he has caught the mailman.

Health & Happiness Manager

Charlie has been with the Tucson office since 2017. Besides bringing joy, Charlie makes sure our designer remembers to walk around every hour or so to maintain good health and happiness!
