Emergency Logistics & Crisis Communications.

TAG has provided strategic consultation and communications services to Independent First Nations Alliance (IFNA) for many years. This last year, TAG has taken an even more active role managing IFNA’s Communications Department. With the COVID-19 pandemic, we support the indispensible work IFNA is doing for its member Communities.

TAG assisted IFNA Executive, IFNA Health Services and the Chiefs Council to get early essential information out to the Communities quickly and accurately. As the novel Coronavirus crisis is ever-evolving, it is imperative that communications reach all IFNA Community members and that they are consistent and up-to-date. Additionally, TAG aided with all Media Communications and Declaration of Emergency releases.

Currently, as the Communications Lead for the Emergency Operations Centre, we are at twice daily meetings to help address ongoing reports, requests and planning. Further organization and communications efforts are underway to respond to the crisis.

We understand how listening builds strategic thinking. Finding ways to build broad alignments can limit the duplication of services, secure crucial resources and maximize the impact of the crisis response. Unified voices offer clear guidance and get things done.

Independent First Nations Alliance continues to show its leadership and strength at times of extreme challenges and difficulty. TAG is proud to offer our support to IFNA at this time.
