As TAG continues to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Lead who understands marketing beyond tactics and can translate strategy into clear direction, systems, and campaigns that drive growth.
This role is responsible for developing strategic marketing direction for clients and helping them drive growth and achieve corporate objectives. This position will also be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all marketing activities across the projects.
The Everyday Details
You will work closely with the TAG team and our clients to translate strategy into marketing systems and campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client goals
- Identify target audiences, value propositions, and positioning
- Design and execute campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Monitor and analyze market trends
- Lead the creation of marketing material including digital and print
- Support development of marketing plans, proposals, and client presentations
- Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Guide junior marketing staff on campaign execution
- Lead and/or train a team
- Collaborate with the team to deliver integrated campaigns

Your Credentials
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, marketing strategy, or agency environments
- Experience of working with First Nations is a great asset
- Strong understanding of marketing systems, audience segmentation, and campaign planning
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and other marketing tools
- Experience developing marketing plans or campaign frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Comfortable presenting ideas to clients and senior stakeholders
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
