We’re looking for a Social Media & Paid Media Manager who understands social platforms beyond just posting — someone who can manage accounts, run campaigns, and drive measurable results.
This role is responsible for both organic social media and paid advertising across TAG and client accounts, working closely with strategy and creative teams to execute high-performing campaigns.
You’ll plan, launch, and optimize campaigns, manage day-to-day content and platforms, and continuously refine approach based on performance data and insights.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine creativity with results — developing content and campaigns that are not only engaging but aligned with clear goals and outcomes.
Everyday Details
Paid Media & Advertising
- Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns for TAG and client accounts
- Define target audiences, budgets, and campaign structures aligned with business objectives
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
- Test and iterate on creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve campaign performance
- Provide recommendations on budget allocation, scaling opportunities, and campaign improvements
- Track performance across campaigns and translate results into clear insights and recommendations
- Work closely with strategy and creative teams to develop high-performing ad content and campaign direction
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies for TAG and its clients across different platforms
- Identify opportunities to grow reach, engagement, and audience across platforms
- Manage and maintain day-to-day social media accounts for both TAG and client projects
- Plan, create, and manage content calendars aligned with campaign goals and overall strategy
- Monitor platform trends, features, and best practices to keep content relevant and high performing
- Track and analyze performance of organic content, optimizing for engagement, reach, and growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand, messaging, and campaign objectives
Your Credentials
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management and/or paid media advertising
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and optimizing based on data
- Ability to think both creatively and analytically
- Experience using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Experience managing campaign budgets is an asset
